Sharing is caring to some but how much are you willing to share? Sharing may cost you more than you are expecting.
Threesomes and even foursomes have been around for ages. However, the difference may lie within the gender of the parties. Surely, some are against these acts based on religious views and some are totally into it as it is seen as free-spirited acts.

The More the Merrier
The poly trend has seemed to surface back around with more attention and trends as social media has been the transport avenue for these lifestyles to become more acceptable to the public.
Polygamy, concubines, and the new term "sidepieces" has been around since the biblical days of Gideon and Solomon. Having 700 wives seems to be a bit excessive during this time as there is not enough man or woman to fulfill the physical or financial needs of 700 people.
Threesomes are under the umbrella of polygamy but not necessarily in terms of caring for the partners involved other than for sexual purposes. The argument that arises is what is more acceptable in the eyes of others to determine whether or not it is considered to be a threesome as this is more of a cultural-based ideology.
A group of individuals was asked, "What do they think about when they hear the term threesome?" They responded, "two females and one male." When asked for the reason behind these thoughts, " They responded, "That if there is one female and two males then the woman is having a train ran on her and it is not considered to be a threesome, if the males are not interacting with each other. Here you can see how other questions arose from this single exercise.
Subjectively my opinion is while dating, adding someone into your bedroom should not be considered as it increases the chances of infidelity, regrets, and mistrust. While being in a relationship, is a connection between two people that should be focusing on themselves, building and planning a successful relationship as well as developing a plan of support for one other as it is centered around mental, physical and spiritual growth.
If one is suggesting adding more into the bedroom by inviting someone else other than toys and role-playing, excitement is not satisfied with what is being brought into the bedroom and will develop greed for more pleasure outside of their partner.
Those that are open to threesomes and grant these wishes are not seen any different than those who choose not to as it is a personal choice to live loud and in freedom of their happiness.
